**8. Credit Sales**
a. **Eligibility Conditions**: Credit sales are reserved for customers residing in Côte d'Ivoire with a verifiable repayment capacity. The Customer must provide proof of income and a valid ID.
b. **Credit Terms**: MAISON NOAH works in partnership with several Ivorian banks to offer credit options to customers. Specific credit terms, such as the total amount, interest rates, payment schedules, and other terms, will be determined by the partner bank and stipulated in a separate credit contract signed by the Customer and the partner bank.
c. **Credit Application Process**:
- The Customer selects the credit option when ordering on the Site.
- MAISON NOAH forwards the necessary information to the partner bank.
- The partner bank evaluates the credit application and, if approved, establishes a credit contract with the Customer.
d. **Non-Payment**: In case of non-payment of one or more installments, the partner bank reserves the right to terminate the credit contract and demand immediate repayment of the remaining balance, as well as take necessary legal action. MAISON NOAH disclaims all responsibility in case of customer default vis-à-vis the partner bank.
**9. Delivery**
MAISON NOAH ensures the delivery of products ordered to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination. MAISON NOAH is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.
**10. Claims and Returns**
The Customer has a period of [number of days] days from the receipt of products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete.
**11. Warranty and Liability**
